Unit 13 More Modes: Capital and Grade 1 Passages

You have already learned that:

Passage and Terminator Indicators

In order to capitalize an entire passage, or put an entire passage into uncontracted mode, three consecutive indicators are placed in front of the first symbol of the passage.

Like the rules for typeforms, the capital passage indicator or grade 1 passage indicator are used when the mode applies to three or more consecutive words. It sets the mode into effect until the mode is ended by a capital terminator or grade 1 terminator. The terminator is placed directly after the affected passage with no space between the end of the passage and the indicator.

We will use the same formula as the typeform terminator formula applied after the last letter/symbol of the passage to terminate the mode.
